KNX low-voltage cabling
Installation of the KNX bus and power cables for all control subsystems - lighting, blinds, HVAC, security. Every cable is documented and labelled.
IT and network infrastructure
Structured cabling, Wi-Fi access points, server rack and equipment. The network is designed for today's needs as well as tomorrow's.
Switchboards
Installation and wiring of low-voltage switchboards with KNX actuators, power supplies and controllers. Distribution by floor and zone.
HVAC infrastructure
Cabling for thermostats, floor sensors, fan coil control and heat recovery ventilation. Coordination with the HVAC subcontractor.
Security and video surveillance
Cabling for cameras, the intercom system, access control and the alarm panel.
Multimedia infrastructure
Cabling for in-wall speakers, home cinema and multi-zone audio.
The four phases of installation
From site preparation to infrastructure handover - four phases with a clear sequence and documentation.
Phase 01
Site preparation
Review of the design documentation and coordination with the electrical engineer and the construction team. Defining and planning the exact positions of cable routes and switchboards.
Phase 02
Cable installation
Physical installation of all low-voltage and power cables. Labelling and testing of the entire low-voltage electrical installation and preparation of as-built documentation.
Phase 03
Switchboard and equipment installation
Installation of KNX devices, power supplies, network equipment and control modules in the switchboards.
Phase 04
Testing and handover
A full test of the infrastructure. Every control point in the home is checked. Handover of as-built documentation with cable schedules and drawings.
