Accessibility Statement
AKTAKON Systems Integration wants aktakon.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
1. Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1, level AA. The known gaps are listed below.
2. What we have done
- The whole menu, the enquiry form and the cookie settings work with a keyboard alone. Focus is visible.
- The first element on every page is a “Skip to content” link that bypasses the navigation.
- Pages have labelled regions (header, main content, footer) and a single top-level heading.
- Icon-only buttons and links have a text name for screen readers.
- Informative images have a text description.
- Text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- Scroll animations are switched off when “reduced motion” is enabled in the operating system.
3. Known limitations
- Moving content. The partner strip and the background videos move automatically and have no pause button.
- Text resizing. Text size follows the window width. Browser zoom enlarges the text, but not exactly in proportion to the chosen percentage.
- Video. The videos on the site have no sound and no text alternative; they are illustrative and carry no information that is missing from the text.
- Embedded calendar. The appointment calendar is a Calendly service and its accessibility is outside our control. An appointment can also be booked by phone or email.
- English version. Some blog articles are not yet available in English.
4. Feedback
If you encounter a barrier while using the site or need information in another format, write to us:
- Email: office@aktakon.com
- Phone: (+359) 882 563 170
We reply within 5 working days.
5. About this statement
This statement was prepared on 4 October 2026 based on a self-assessment: an automated Lighthouse check and a manual check with a keyboard and a screen reader. It is reviewed after every major change to the site.
