This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how AKTAKON System Integrations Ltd. (“AKTAKON”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and stores your personal data when you use our website.

To run the website we use the following providers, which process data on our behalf:

• Webflow, Inc. (USA) – website hosting and receiving enquiries from the form. Always loaded.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – delivery of the website's files and spam protection for the form (Turnstile). Always loaded.
• Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) – video delivery. Always loaded.
• Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics 4 – visit statistics. Only after consent for “Analytics”.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. – Microsoft Clarity – session recordings and heatmaps used to improve the site. Only after consent for “Analytics”.
• Calendly LLC (USA) – calendar for booking a showroom visit. Only after consent for “Functional”, or after the “Accept and load” button in the calendar itself.

Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses or on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

According to the applicable legislation (incl. GDPR), you have the right to:

• access the personal data collected about you;
• request correction or deletion of data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

6. Cookies

On your first visit the site shows a notice from which you can accept, decline or choose cookie categories: essential, functional, analytics and marketing. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Calendly calendar are not loaded before you give consent. The site sets no marketing cookies at the moment; the category is there so that your choice applies if any are added. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

• cc_consent (aktakon.com) – remembers your cookie choice. Duration: 12 months. Category: essential.
• _ga, _ga_9J5BFB8SGW (Google Analytics) – distinguishes visitors and sessions. Duration: 2 years. Category: analytics.
• _clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) – links page views into one session. Duration: 1 year / 1 day. Category: analytics.
• CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, SM, MR (Microsoft, clarity.ms and bing.com) – browser identifier for Clarity. Duration: up to 1 year. Category: analytics.
• __cf_bm, _cfuvid (Calendly / Cloudflare) – bot protection for the calendar. Duration: 30 minutes / session. Category: functional, third party. The _cfuvid cookie is also set by the site itself (Cloudflare, bot protection for the forms, for the session) – category essential.

The site also stores two values in the browser's session storage: aktakon_loader_shown, so the intro animation is not shown again, and aktakon_motion, to remember whether you have paused motion on the site. They are not cookies and are not sent anywhere.
