Lighting
Intelligent lighting control - from dimming and scenes to automatic response to daylight and occupancy.

Lighting is the subsystem with the most direct impact on everyday comfort.
When people talk about smart lighting, most think of smart bulbs controlled from a phone. In building automation, however, professional lighting is a subsystem in which every zone, every scene and every automation is designed around a specific way of living.
Lighting works together with the shutters, climate control and security. When you wake up in the morning, the light rises gradually as the shutters open. When you leave home, everything switches off automatically.
What it includes
On/Off control
Centralised switching of lighting groups via KNX keypads. Scenes for different occasions - "Good morning", "Dinner", "Cinema" and more.
DALI dimming
Smooth adjustment of light intensity via the DALI protocol. Precise control from 0% to 100% with no flicker or transformer hum.
Scenes and automations
Pre-programmed combinations of lighting, shutters and climate. A single press sets up the whole room.
Occupancy and light-level sensors
Automatic switching on when motion is detected and adjustment according to daylight.
LED strips and architectural lighting
Concealed and general lighting. Coordination with the interior designer.
How we build the lighting system
From lighting concept to final programming - every step with a concrete result.
Phase 01
Lighting concept
We work with the end clients and, where involved, the interior designers to define the zones, the types of luminaires and the desired effects. We also determine which zones will be dimmable.
Phase 02
Design and cabling
We design the cable routes and prepare the cable schedules and the positions of keypads and sensors. KNX, DALI and power cables are then installed.
Phase 03
Interface installation
We install KNX keypads, DALI drivers, and occupancy and light-level sensors.
Phase 04
Programming and scenes
We configure the KNX system, create scenes and fine-tune the dimming curves for optimal comfort.
